The Live Coding Research Network started in February 2014, with two years of events planned to support cross-disciplinary research. This will be funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, and will include symposia, a conference, hands-on workshops and hack days, coordinated by Thor Magnusson and myself.
A day-long launch event will take place on the 21st March 2014 in London, aiming to introduce live coding as a cross-disciplinary research field. More information including registration, and info about other upcoming events is available on the research network website: http://livecodenetwork.org/.
